The 5K SPEED FOR THOSE IN NEED is a Fundraiser hosted by A Hand Up Intl, Inc.GOM and is a fun filled event for the entire family!
A Hand Up, we know, and have seen firsthand how hunger affects people from all levels of society – hard working citizens, children, seniors, and veterans right here in our community!
In recent months, A Hand Up has seen a 31% increase in the cost of food that we purchase each month. And a 37% increase in the number of struggling families in need of food on a daily bases.
Together we can make a difference!
Our goal is to raise funds to help feed local families in food insecure homes. Your participation in this 5K/Fun Run will help us accomplish that!

Please join us on September 17th at 8 am at (Aaron Bessant Park) 500 W. Park Drive Panama City Beach FL, 32413 to help us impact families in our local community! Registration begins at 7 am
All participants will receive a t-shirt and a goody bag! 1st , 2nd, and 3rd place winners will also receive medals and special prizes! PLEASE REGISTER OR DONATE TODAY
